Delete your account and data in the "Ze O Ze" app

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways.

In the app

Open Profile, tap "Delete account", and confirm. Your account, profile name, email address, favorites, viewed products and comparison history stored on our server are deleted. Items stored only on your device are removed as well.

By email

Write from the address you signed up with to inoncohen.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account Ze O Ze". We delete the account and data and confirm by email.

What is deleted and kept

Deleted: account details (name, email, user ID) and in-app activity data. No other personal data is kept, and data is not shared with third parties. Where the law requires retention, it is limited to the minimum required.
