השימוש באפליקציה ובאתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים, אל תשתמשו בהם.
1. המפעיל
האפליקציה "זה או זה" והאתר מופעלים על ידי ינון כהן, יחיד, ישראל ("המפעיל"). יצירת קשר: inoncohen.support@gmail.com.
2. מה השירות
האפליקציה היא כלי מידע להשוואת מוצרי צריכה לבית. היא מרכזת מפרטים, תיאורים, תמונות והצעות מחיר שנאספו ממקורות פומביים (אתרי יצרנים, יבואנים וחנויות), ומאפשרת סינון, שמירה והשוואה של 2 עד 4 מוצרים מאותה קטגוריה.
- השירות אינו חנות. אי אפשר לקנות באפליקציה, ואנחנו לא צד לעסקה בין המשתמש לחנות.
- אין באפליקציה פרסומות, רכישות בתוך האפליקציה או קישורי שותפים.
- המחירים הם צילום מצב של מועד הבדיקה המוצג, ולא עדכון בזמן אמת. לפני רכישה יש לבדוק מחיר, זמינות, משלוח, אחריות ותנאים באתר החנות.
3. שימוש מותר
מותר להשתמש באפליקציה לשימוש אישי ולא מסחרי. אסור:
- לאסוף את תוכן הקטלוג בצורה אוטומטית רחבה (scraping), להעתיק את מסד הנתונים או למכור אותו מחדש.
- לעקוף מנגנוני אבטחה או הגבלות גישה, או לפגוע בתפעול השירות או בשרתים.
- להתחזות לאחר או להשתמש בחשבון של אחר.
- להשתמש בשירות בניגוד לדין או לפגוע בזכויות צד שלישי.
4. חשבון
חשבון אינו חובה. מי שפותח חשבון אחראי לשמור על פרטי הגישה שלו ולמסור פרטים נכונים. אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שנעשה בו שימוש בניגוד לתנאים אלה. האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה.
5. תוכן, מקורות ודיוק
אנחנו משתדלים להציג מידע נכון ועדכני ומציינים תאריכי בדיקה ומקורות. ייתכנו טעויות, חוסרים ושינויים אצל היצרן או החנות. נתון מסומן בסימן קריאה נשען על מקור יחיד. אין לראות בנתונים התחייבות, ואין ציון מומצא או המלצה אוטומטית. למידע נוסף ראו את כתב הוויתור.
אם מצאתם נתון, מחיר או תמונה שגויים, או שאתם בעלי זכויות ורוצים להסיר או לתקן פריט, כתבו אלינו ונטפל בכך.
6. קניין רוחני
האפליקציה, העיצוב, הקוד, הלוגו, האייקונים והאנימציות שייכים למפעיל ומוגנים בדיני קניין רוחני. מותגים, שמות מוצרים ולוגואים שמופיעים באפליקציה שייכים לבעליהם, והצגתם נועדה לזיהוי בלבד, ללא קשר או חסות. אין בתנאים אלה העברת זכויות. ניתנת לכם רישיון אישי, מוגבל, שאינו בלעדי ואינו ניתן להעברה להשתמש באפליקציה בהתאם לתנאים.
7. אתרי צד שלישי
קישורים לחנויות ולאתרים אחרים נועדו לנוחות. איננו שולטים בהם ואיננו אחראים לתוכנם, למחיריהם, לזמינות המוצרים, לאיכותם או לעסקה שתבצעו שם.
8. התראות
בגרסאות שבהן התראות זמינות, מסירתן תלויה גם במערכת ההתראות של Apple ובהגדרות המכשיר, ואינה מובטחת בכל עת. התראת מחיר אינה הצעה לקנות.
9. הסדרי Apple
השימוש באפליקציה ב-iOS כפוף גם להסכם הרישיון הסטנדרטי של Apple למשתמש קצה (Standard EULA) כפי שמוצג ב-App Store. Apple אינה צד לתנאים אלה ואינה אחראית לאפליקציה, לתחזוקתה או לתמיכה בה.
10. זמינות ושינויים
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא ("as is") וכפי שהוא זמין. אנחנו יכולים לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק את השירות או חלקים ממנו, ולעדכן תנאים אלה. הגרסה העדכנית באתר ובאפליקציה. המשך שימוש אחרי עדכון מהווה הסכמה.
11. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, המפעיל לא יישא באחריות לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד, לאובדן רווח או לנזק שנגרם מהסתמכות על מידע באפליקציה, מטעות במחיר או במפרט, מהחלטת רכישה, מהפסקת שירות או מאתר של צד שלישי. אין באמור כדי לפגוע בזכויות שאי אפשר להתנות עליהן לפי דין, לרבות דיני הגנת הצרכן.
12. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, ללא תחולה של כללי ברירת הדין. אם אתם צרכנים במדינה אחרת, הדבר אינו גורע מזכויות שאי אפשר להתנות עליהן במדינתכם.

Using the App and the website means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Operator
The "Ze O Ze" app and website are operated by Inon Cohen, an individual, Israel (the "Operator"). Contact: inoncohen.support@gmail.com.
2. What the service is
The App is an information tool for comparing household consumer products. It gathers specifications, descriptions, images and price offers collected from public sources (manufacturer, importer and store sites), and lets you filter, save and compare 2 to 4 products from the same category.
- The service is not a store. You cannot buy in the App, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a store.
- There are no ads, in-app purchases or affiliate links.
- Prices are a snapshot of the check date shown, not real-time updates. Before buying, check price, availability, shipping, warranty and conditions on the store's site.
3. Permitted use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Automatically collect the catalog content at scale (scraping), copy the database or resell it.
- Bypass security mechanisms or access limits, or harm the operation of the service or servers.
- Impersonate others or use someone else's account.
- Use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
4. Account
An account is optional. Whoever opens an account is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and providing accurate details. You can delete your account at any time in the App. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms. The App is intended for ages 18 and over.
5. Content, sources and accuracy
We try to show accurate and current information and we show check dates and sources. Errors, gaps and changes at the manufacturer or store can occur. A value marked with an exclamation mark relies on a single source. The data is not a commitment, and there is no invented score or automatic recommendation. See the Disclaimer for more.
If you find a wrong value, price or image, or you are a rights holder who wants an item removed or corrected, write to us and we will handle it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, logo, icons and animations belong to the Operator and are protected by intellectual property law. Brands, product names and logos shown in the App belong to their owners and are shown for identification only, with no affiliation or sponsorship. These terms do not transfer any rights. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these terms.
7. Third-party sites
Links to stores and other sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, product availability, quality or any transaction you make there.
8. Notifications
In versions where notifications are available, delivery also depends on Apple's notification system and device settings and is not guaranteed at all times. A price notification is not an offer to buy.
9. Apple terms
Use of the App on iOS is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) as presented in the App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App, its maintenance or support.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and as available. We may change, suspend or stop the service or parts of it, and update these terms. The current version is on the website and in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, loss of profit, or damage caused by relying on information in the App, a price or specification error, a purchase decision, service interruption or a third-party site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law, including consumer protection law.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Israeli law governs these terms. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without applying conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove rights that cannot be waived in your country.
